The apps are created based on the feedback from admins contacting Atlassian Support; however, we might not be able to fix bugs promptly as there's no dedicated maintainer.

How to retrieve app logs

Refer to https://developer.atlassian.com/platform/forge/access-production-logs/ for details. By design, even the app developers don't have access to any stored data unless you explicitly provide the app log.
